At GarmentsLot.com, we aim to provide our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return or exchange items within the specified return/exchange period mentioned on the product details page.

Return Process:
There are two ways to return a product:
Pick-up Service:
We offer free pick-up in most locations. You will see a pick-up option when you initiate a return request. Our delivery agent will perform a quality check at the time of pick-up. If the return passes the quality check, we will process the refund to your selected mode. In some cases, the refund will be initiated only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
Self-Ship:
- If we do not offer a pick-up at your location, you can self-ship the product to our return address.
- We will reimburse the shipping cost in the form of store credits after validating the courier receipt and product quality.
Exchange Process:
Exchanges are available for size mismatches or defective items, subject to stock availability and serviceability in your area.
When opting for an exchange, our delivery representative will deliver the new item and simultaneously pick up the original item.
If an exchange for the same product is not available, you can exchange for another item of equal or different value.
If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded after the original item is received.
Exceptions and Additional Rules:
Certain items, such as lingerie, swimwear, accessories, and customized products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Fine jewelry, watches, and selected high-value products have a limited return/exchange window.
If a product was purchased with a free gift, the gift must also be returned.
If a wrong item is returned, GarmentsLot.com will not be responsible for its replacement or return.
In case of a failed quality check, the product will be shipped back to you.
Refunds:
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product passes quality inspection.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credits, depending on your selection.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
